Sajan Adhikari is a changemaker from Chitwan, Nepal, passionate about digital literacy, youth empowerment, and inclusive education. He founded Initiation Lakshya, a youth-led movement for cybersecurity and sustainability. A TEDx organizer, SQC facilitator, and AI workshop leader, he’s been recognized by Coursera and awarded at global events like COFAS.
He leads Initiation Lakshya, a youth-led initiative promoting cybersecurity, digital literacy, and the SDGs, with 20+ chapters across Nepal and abroad. Under Lakshya, he launched Elite Opportunities to provide free access to courses, internships, and resources for underserved students. He is also organizing a district-level AI-inspired creative writing competition in collaboration with the National Digital Marketing Lab to merge creativity with technology.

Lakshya has empowered over 7,000 students across Nepal and beyond through workshops, digital campaigns, and chapter-led programs, significantly improving digital safety awareness. Many schools have adopted cybersecurity content into their extracurriculars, and trained youth leaders now independently lead peer-to-peer sessions. The Elite Opportunities initiative has helped numerous students earn certifications and access global opportunities. Community-led case studies on burnout and screen addiction have influenced school practices, while AI and MOOC workshops have bridged digital literacy gaps in rural areas, prompting strong support from educators.
