She is the founder of Kausi Kheti, a rooftop farming initiative transforming urban agriculture in Nepal. Her platform promotes organic dragon fruit farming and empowers local growers by turning rooftops into hubs of sustainability and income. A graduate of Women LEAD Nepal’s year-long leadership course, Renuka has also contributed to national programs like OWN IT and Women of the World, leading grassroots outreach and leadership workshops in underserved regions like Sarlahi and Gorkha.
