Mr. Ranjan Shankar, from Tehrathum, is a 19 years old STEM Education Advocate with a passion for learning. He is a flexible person and is interculturally adept. Besides that, Ranjan is very fond of Karate. He has won two bronze medals in Karate.
Ranjan is associated with Mathematics Initiatives in Nepal. He led and managed the team at Junior Mathematics Olympiad Camp. Also, he trained over 130 students for 4 weeks from all over the country for olympiads. Besides this, he facilitated Media Literacy and Climate Change Workshops with 60+ students. Apart from that, he has conducted Book Bus readings and has mentored students to create their own newspaper samples. He also worked as a content creator for Astronomy Olympiad; the first ever learning platform for olympiad aspirants. He has conducted various workshops in public schools, which are designed to educate students about some of the current issues of the world.
