Mr.Oxford Acharya, a 15-year-old from rural Jumla, is a dynamic student activist and School Captain at Karnali Secondary School, where he also chairs the Youth Red Cross Circle. As the founder of the United Junior Red Cross Circle (UJRCC), he leads a network of over 2,000 students across Chandannath Municipality, driving clean-up campaigns, anti-littering drives, and dialogues with local officials to promote accountable governance. Nationally, he spearheads a proposal for a UN Youth Delegate Programme for Nepal, advocating for youth inclusion in global diplomacy. Affiliated with the Nepal Red Cross Society and UNFPA Nepal, Mr.Oxford is committed to empowering rural youth and transforming Nepal’s governance.
