She is a certified Menstrual Health Management (MHM) trainer and member of the Rotaract Club of Kathmandu. Through her initiative, Katha Yatra, she champions menstrual health, gender equity, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in rural Nepal. Motivated by personal encounters with stigma, She empowers girls through education and advocacy, fostering dignity and systemic change in underserved communities.
