Mr. Aamod Paudel is an 18 years old passionate tech enthusiast from Rupandehi who is helping people via technology. He is passionate about working in the field of science, technology and education. He is a science/computational researcher passionate about tutoring physics/chemistry, creating virtual animations/simulations, and enabling underprivileged students to learn STEM subjects.
Aamod is associated with KIEC Butwal, NHICT Science Tech, NH Alpha-Leo, and CCRC ScientiRc Circle. He worked under Microsoft Research Hackathon Imagine Cup Junior, where he presented an AI-based prototype app that would promote the availability of chemistry laboratories for physically disabled kids through motion and augmented reality. And, the research was crowned the global winner for this year’s competition. He primarily focuses on Autism and the challenges faced by students suffering through it. His research involves designing assistive technologies for people with disabilities. Besides this, he also worked as a counselor, and facilitator to provide assistance to underprivileged students. Also, he has organized a boot camp session in astronomical sciences for orphan kids in Belbas village.
Through his initiation; the young people have got an opportunity to learn about technology and have created a positive mindset in those people regarding their own abilities.
