Namrata Dahal is a 17-year-old Child Right Activist from Damak. From the age of 15, She has been actively working in the Child Sector. Currently, She is serving as a Vice – President of Damak Nagar Child Network and as General Secretary in the Youth Team of Damak Public Library. During this pandemic, She has been conducting online programs for children to make the city child friendly as well as children friendly.

In her spare time, She has been conducting different programs for the children. She has been leading and solving all the child-related issues actively. She is also the founding president of the community level Araniko Children’s Club. Through this club, She has conducted a gift program; where they give a plant on Birthday. She has already encouraged more than 40 children to plant on their birthdays. Apart from that, She has been writing articles on topics like Menstrual, Gender equality, Child rights, and Rape. She has also been speaking and writing about the rights of people in the LGBTIQ.
