Shivam built Shiksha because the excuse for why good resources never reach rural Nepal — “no internet” — shouldn’t have to be true anymore. His bilingual, offline-first app puts 507 STEM terms in Nepali and English into students’ hands over a simple school WiFi router, no login, no data required. It’s launching first at a government school in his home district of Siraha.
