Mr.Johnson Subedi is an 18-year-old young Technopreneur from Parbat. He is a young high school enthusiast and a self-taught programmer. He is more inclined towards the entrepreneurial and Artificial Intelligence aspects of technology.

Johnson created a ‘Path Finder’ when he was in 9th grade. He had battled a lot in learning and understanding computers at that time. He started researching and experimenting with himself as a self-taught programmer. He was given the opportunity to broaden his horizons in the field of technology. He worked as a Python programmer intern and grab the knowledge. 

Now, He is co-founder of  AuraED, a non-profit organization, which focuses on spreading digital literacy all over Nepal by interacting with the underprivileged kids physically and teaching them different aspects of technology. Currently, He is working as a python programming intern at Bloom Nepal. Johnson animates the visualizations of the contents of the academics which is helping students(with low facility) in Bloom Nepal school to understand the content clearly and visually.

Apart from that, He is also working on his own research about improving the Nepalese share market by using technology like Blockchain and smart contracts which helps to improve transparency in the market, cut off intermediaries, reduces costs and commissions to invest in the market and also reduces market manipulation.

Through his work; He has been inspiring millions of teenagers to make youngsters skillful, to provide education to impoverished children, to provide a strong ground where the future game-changers of the tech field can look for, and work for betterment towards digital education in our country. 

In the future, He wants to establish an AI centre in Nepal and lead the country down the path of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. He also intends to assist Sanduk Ruit in his job by developing an Artificial Intelligence model based on computer vision that will collect patient data and aid surgeons and doctors in their work.

Johnson Subedi has been selected as a “Glocal’s 20under20 of 2021 Batch” as an early change-maker throughout the nation. Glocal’s 20 under 20 is an umbrella title for 20 early change-makers, who are teenagers from diverse fields, stepping out to create an impact in the society.
