Rudhvik Dharamkar is an 18 years old Social Entrepreneur who is currently pursuing his graduation. He is a confident, creative, determined, independent, knowledge-seeking, relationship-building, and risk-taking person.
He is the Founder & CEO of Fleckor Media LLP, an Marketing & IT firm also an undergraduate from Amity University currently pursuing his BBA in Entrepreneurship. Rudhvik is also an Executive board member for Mustafa Foundation India where he is now using his expertise for increasing their social reach. He started his journey as a tech content creator on social media at the age of 13. To provide & educate people on tech products & mobile software applications. He was awarded by ITC WOW & GHMC Hyderabad for his contribution towards the protection of the environment through recycling at JNTU Kukatpally. After doing multiple internships & a full-time corporate job he decided to start his own venture that is Fleckor Media LLP.
While working on Fleckor, Rudhvik has been able to accomplish several milestones for his organization like Fleckor was the only marketing & IT company to reach the EO GSEA Hyderabad Regional Finals, appreciated by K.T.R. the IT minister of Telangana. Flickr was among the Top 100 Startups for YTBC 2022 ( Young Tycoon Business Challenge) where more than 22k+ applicants applied for this global-level competition. He was invited as a guest for Kaushal Baatcheet a flagship program of Chatshala (Incessive Education & Research Pvt. Ltd ). He was featured on Global Alliance For Mass Entrepreneurship
( GAME ), The Entrepreneurs of India ( TEOI ), BCN News & Wakeup Telangana. His work has served more than 35+ clients which included many startups, businesses, business incubators & even educational institutions. Many students working with them gained solid skills from free training & also learned many new things about startups. He and his team have helped to develop the studio for learning digitally.

He has recently been awarded as the Title winner for the Glocal Teen Hero India 2022. He adds, “Glocal teen hero is a complete ecosystem. From connecting hundreds & thousands of talented teenagers who are working on creating an impact in society, all under one roof. It is one of the first kinds of initiatives where teenagers are not only recognized, awarded & supported but are celebrated for their achievements on a mass scale.
We all can agree that being a teenager is not easy. Every teen has so much going on in their life and yet choosing to create impact despite challenges is something really amazing teens at glocal are exactly of this mindset of being changemakers. It feels entirely amazing to connect & learn from finalists & alumni of the Glocal family.
This adds responsibility for every teenager out there. It is such a great honor to be facilitated as the Title Winner of Glocal Teen Hero India 2022. It really humbled & motivated me to be more impactful & useful for the benefit of society. I’m going to cherish these beautiful moments spent at GTHI 2022 throughout my lifetime!
